Please join us for the 4th Annual Black Excellence in Real Estate Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating the achievements and contributions of individuals and organizations in the real estate industry. Hosted by Catapult Greater Pittsburgh and LifeVenture Real Estate Solutions, this event aims to celebrate Black Wealth Building Achievements in the area of Community Development, Community Banking, Non-Profits and Real Estate., while also promoting opportunities for increased Black homeownership in the Pittsburgh region.

About Us

Black Excellence in Real Estate is a movement created by Mary Hester, Founder and Owner of LifeVenture Real Estate Solutions, and Tammy T. Thompson, Founding Executive Director of Catapult Greater Pittsburgh. As Black women who have been working in the real estate and non-profit industries for decades, they always wanted to be intentional about creating opportunities for Black families in Pittsburgh to obtain and sustain homeownership. In 2021, they decided to join forces and establish an entity that promotes collaboration, partnership, and advocacy for the benefit of increasing Black homeownership in Pittsburgh.
